I'm a technical lead based in Singapore with nine years architecting and developing systems across government, security, and enterprise. I design end-to-end — zoned cloud environments (AWS, GCC), IaC pipelines (Terraform, CloudFormation), standards-based auth (OIDC / OAuth 2.0 PKCE), and clean-architecture codebases that span web, mobile, and desktop.

Past work includes biometric identity platforms, border control PoCs, RFID inventory systems across Windows / Android / web clients, and legacy-to-cloud migrations for SG government agencies. Today I lead delivery of satellite ground-station and maritime intelligence platforms at ST Engineering Geo+Insights.
